We develop the right methodology to identify those employees who best meet the needs of the company. The assessment tests are built either with you or by us together with renowned experts in various industries and different business operating models.

Documentation

We prepare the assessment regulations, minutes, the methodology for ensuring the confidentiality of the documents, the rules for challenging the results, the correction grid, etc.

Actual Testing

We impartially test employees at the company's headquarters or another location and ensure detailed documentation of the entire testing process.

Notification of Results

We prepare a centralised report for the company, based on a pre-agreed structure, and a test results sheet for each employee. Upon request, we can communicate the results to each employee directly.
